Data Processing and Local Storage

• Export and search. Full-chat access happens only when you request Export or confirm Start in Search. Opening Search alone is not consent. Count refresh reads only a number, never the chat as a fallback.
• Local processing. The extension does not upload chat content, browsing history or ChatGPT account data. Your ChatGPT sign-in credential stays temporary in your browser, never sent to FlowThread or saved permanently.
• Local storage. Settings, recovery records and PDF previews stay locally. Preview cleanup does not delete downloads. Clearing extension data or uninstalling removes local state.
• Third-party result cards. When you export embedded results such as GSC app cards, FlowThread may request access to the corresponding site. Although Chrome describes this as read-and-change access, FlowThread only reads currently visible text and tables for your local export; it does not modify third-party data. You may refuse and continue exporting, with missing results noted.

Optional Accounts

FlowThread securely receives your email, verification code and password for registration, sign-in or recovery. We keep protected password records, a secure sign-in cookie and the profile or linked-product details you use.

Signing in does not grant chat access or Pro. Device linking or recovery requires a separate, verified action.

Feedback and Diagnostics

• Feedback submission. We receive your feedback only when you submit it: your message, category, any contact or purchase details you enter, and an optional image.
• Technical logs. Included only when your problem type requires them or you choose them. Logs contain recent feature events and errors—not chats, page text, personal details, payment data or secrets.
• Feedback drafts. Closing the popup can keep details and images. Successful submissions clear the form; unavailable or failed submissions keep it. Separate feedback pages keep drafts while open.

We use feedback to investigate and respond, not for advertising or sale.

Payments and Pro Verification

Paddle handles Pro checkout and payment processing. FlowThread does not collect or store card numbers.

Device verification. The extension stores a non-exportable private device key in this browser. Device linking and Pro verification send installation identifiers, the public key and signed requests to FlowThread, not the private key or chats. Short-lived Pro credentials are kept only for the current browser session, not in permanent storage, feedback, logs or exports. Clearing extension data or uninstalling removes the local key.

Data Use and Disclosure

We follow the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use. Information supports disclosed features—not advertising or creditworthiness. Sharing is limited to providing those features, security or legal requirements. Human access to chat content is not permitted. Feedback review requires your explicit submission and consent.
